Can you provide an example of a successful collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals?
While I’m early in my career, I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with different types of creators, designers, and peers on smaller projects to achieve marketing goals—especially through content creation. For example, when creating promotional content for my own online presence, I worked closely with a photographer and video editor to align visuals, messaging, and style. This experience taught me how important clear communication and creative alignment are when working with different roles, and I’m excited to apply those skills in a larger, cross-functional environment like Etsy’s.
