How do you approach collaborating with customers to generate authentic user-generated content?
I make sure to create a comfortable and open space where they feel encouraged to share their experiences. I’d start by actively engaging with them on social media, responding to their posts, and showing appreciation for their support. From there, I’d reach out and invite them to share their stories, making it clear that we value their voice. I’d also offer them creative freedom, so their content feels genuine and not forced. Whether it’s through contests, challenges, or simple shout-outs, I’d focus on making the process fun and rewarding. Ultimately, the goal is to build a real connection with customers, and the more natural and organic the content, the more authentic it will feel to others.

How do you stay updated with current social media trends and apply them to your content creation strategy?
To stay updated with social media trends, I’m always keeping an eye on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter, where trends move fast. I follow popular creators, influencers, and brands to see what’s working and what’s gaining traction. I also pay attention to trend tracking tools or websites that highlight viral content and emerging trends. Once I spot something that fits with my content style or audience, I incorporate it into my strategy by making it authentic and aligned with the brand’s voice. I’ll adapt trends to tell a story or showcase a product in a way that feels fresh and engaging without just jumping on every trend for the sake of it.

aRE YOU COMFORTABLE WORKING IN A STARTUP ENVIRONMENT? (ADAPTABILITY, PIVOTS, BUILDING A STORY) iF SO, WHY DO YOU FEEL COMPELLED TO WORK IN THIS TYPE OF ENVIRONMENT?
Yeah, I’m totally comfortable working in a startup environment! It’s exciting to be part of something that’s constantly evolving, and I really thrive when I have to adapt quickly. The need to pivot and adjust strategies keeps things dynamic and challenges me to think on my feet, which I love. I’m also drawn to the idea of building something from the ground up, and the storytelling aspect really speaks to me. In a startup, you get to shape the narrative and be part of the bigger picture, which makes the work feel more meaningful. Plus, it’s an environment where you get to wear multiple hats and grow alongside the company. That’s the kind of energy I’m drawn to.
