How do you create FOMO and social proof?
The best way to create FOMO is to not reveal everything. There has to be a secrecy to the content for there to be an influx of curiosity. To create social proof, having the appearance of bandwagon phenomenon such as shared hashtags and creating niche challenges/trends.

If a customer left a negative review how would you respond?
I would first apologize in regards to the reason for leaving a negative review. Depending on the reason, I believe dictates the next steps but it should fall into the direction of making up for the fault, and wanting to leave the customer wanting to further interact with the company.
