Please share one feature that would help a resume builder gain traction in the market.

One feature that would increase the amount of users on a resume builder could be the addition of field specific templates, outlines, and examples. When I was making my resume for the first time, I was lost on what to put in it. Sure I knew the general outline but I wanted to make sure that the places I were applying to were going to be able to find what they were looking for. For instance, I have a sister who is an engineer and her resume is slightly different than mine. She has certain qualifications and skill sets that are important to her field. For me, as a business major, I noticed that a lot of employers put an emphasis in experience. So I have a more detailed section in that. Having that knowledge of what employers are looking for would be beneficial for users as it gives them more guidance that what is already out there.

What is your favorite streaming platform and why?

Netflix's platform is my favorite streaming platform because of their simplistic design. When Navigating Netflix, it is straight forward but gives a lot of information about the show.

Describe a time you took a leadership role in your community.

In the summer of 2020, I was offered a volunteer position as a Junior Leader at my Martial Arts place. I took the offer and instructed whole classes to spending time one on one with students who needed it. I learned a lot about the community and felt that I was making a difference.
