Can you describe a time when you had to analyze feedback data to derive actionable insights?
I was president of my youth Cameroonian association and had to get insight in activities everyone would like to do. The easiest and most efficient way I could have done it was to make a poll and from there I can ask the group why they leaned on whichever side of the poll.

I go into it with and open mindset and ask engaging question that with gage each to answer.
