Tell us about a time you built or managed an online community — what worked, and what didn’t?
My senior year of high school, I helped manage my school's social media accounts. Posting things that highlighted school spirit and student achievements. I learned that posts with long captions didn't work as well because people tend to scroll past them. I learned it's better to keep the caption short and sweet with minimal information.

What’s your process for planning and executing a content calendar across multiple platforms?
I first think of important dates or events coming up that the brand can post about and then start breaking ideas down by week. Then its time to break down posts for what platform they would work best on (short videos on TikTok, graphics on Instagram, etc.) I use tool such as Canva to design social media posts and apps like Hootsuite to plan when I'll post them.

How would you use social media to attract and retain creators on our platform?
I would work on creating engaging content for followers to interact with such as asking questions on posts, using polls and question boxes on stories. I would also stay up to date on trends to keep posts fun and relevant.
