What's three important aspects you consider when adopting a new social app into your daily screen time?

The first important aspect is how many other people in my social circle are on the new social app and the amount of engagement. If my friends are on the app, I will be influenced to get it. It could be people from my college, town, or age group using the app that I will be more interested in using, especially daily. The sense of connection and the potential for social interactions with familiar faces can make the app more appealing. How many people actively use the app will affect how often I will use the app. The more people use and post on the app, the more likely I will adopt it into my daily screen time. The second factor is the app's purpose in terms of what kind of content people will be posting there. Although most social apps allow self-expression, certain apps attract specific audiences and facilitate unique social interactions. Most social apps I consume have visual aspects; therefore, I am more likely to use an app daily if it incorporates visual elements or focuses on visual media sharing. The third factor is how easy it is to use. The features' simplicity is critical in whether I will continue to use the app. If I download an app and the features are too complicated, and I cannot figure out how to use it easily in the first five-ten minutes, I will probably avoid using it because of the social media apps I already have. Even when certain social apps I have been using for years get a new update that make them harder to use, I tend to use them less.
