Some hook ideas I’d use include: “What I take before every stressful exam…” “If you overthink everything—watch this.” “POV: You’re finally prioritizing your mental health.” I’d feature PYM as part of a calming routine—showing real results, not just the product. The video would open with a strong hook, use fast pacing and captions, and feel authentic. I’d post on my personal TikTok during peak hours, tag PYM, and actively engage in the comments to boost visibility. My goal: make PYM feel like a non-negotiable part of self-care ✨
