Please talk about something you've done that demonstrates attention to detail.
When responding emails and calling back customers at Jacobs corporation I always doubled checked that all information was accurate. Inaccurate information could lead to misinterpretation from my side, or the customers side and could potentially be misleading. By paying close attention to detail I made sure that everything was in order and neither the customer nor I were confused on anything. I also made sure that all data entered into the system was correct on all aspects to again avoid misinterpretation.
