I was the founder of Rintisone Community. I assisted in the content process, including writing, editing, and publication, while ensuring that all community activities were aligned with the vision and mission. I was also responsible for approving weekly content before publication and supervising its quality, which successfully led to over 200,000 views. In addition, I led the social media team to consistently publish at least three pieces of content per week and conducted weekly performance evaluations to improve the productivity and effectiveness of community members.

To stay organized, I use a content calendar to keep track of each creator’s schedule and responsibilities. I also maintain clear communication through group chats and weekly updates to make sure deadlines are met. This way, I can handle multiple creators while still keeping everything on track.
