How do Gen Z individuals want to work and think about their career?
In general terms, Gen Z look for the easiest (and decent) work, or try to make the labour time faster and easier for themselves in any way they can. However, at the same time, we seek success and passion in their careers. The problem is that sometimes it is impossible to have everything, so we tend to rate which aspect we consider more important, whether liking what we do or earn a bunch of money, and take decisions from there.
