How will you hold members accountable for completing tasks on time?
I believe people want to be successful. When people fail to complete tasks, it can come from unclear standards and lack of organization. Great leaders can inspire creation out of anyone, and that usually comes from acknowledging people's strengths and putting together combinations based on that. If I am able to connect with my team and get everyone working towards the same goal, I trust that they will contribute so we can all enjoy work that makes us proud.

Please talk about something you've done that demonstrates attention to detail.
In my role as a Set Decoration Intern, I was responsible for supporting multiple members of the art department, all of whom had different visions and preferences. Quickly and accurately remembering how to best serve them allowed me more trust as time went on. Towards the end of my internship, I was tasked with finding artwork that would be featured on-camera, invited to meetings to capture/organize notes, and other office administration assignments.
