How do you make healthy or “functional” products feel aspirational instead of preachy?

People don’t resonate with “preachy” due to a fear of not being able to embody the good things they are being told.

I think the separation between aspirational and preachy is honesty. You don’t always want to make today better than yesterday; but like most things in this world, if you don’t have to face it all alone you are more likely to try. The brand goal would be to remind the consumer that we are working together towards better.

What brands do you think do social media really well, and what can BUNKY learn from them?

Edie Parker flower has a super engaging visual brand presence. The use of casual storytelling with powerful industry figures makes the Edie Parker goal of selling a lifestyle very successful! Additionally, Vaseline just ran an overseas campaign with strong imagery that connects to their audience’s nostalgia. Instead of selling a lifestyle they reminded the consumer why they always chose vaseline.
