Catering to the younger generations is one feature that will 100% gain the right attention. Incorporating social media and activities/honors into resumes is a definite way of connecting to these younger audiences entering workforce's and starting their professional careers.

Share a time when you've been able to mobilize a group of people around a product, service, or cause you feel passionate about?
One of the films I was able to produce with other students was about bringing awareness to consent; I managed a team with directors, actors, and videographers to design a short video about drunk consent not being proper consent; This is a big issue especially with younger generations entering party scenes and not being provided life-changing information. This issue is personal to not only me, but every person that has every experienced sexual harassment. I was able to premier this short at city festival and inform the audience about bringing awareness to this topic.
