If a sense of community is to be built from scratch, the initial steps must be focused on direct communication with the public. Trust can be built through multiple strategies, but a recurring factor today is the transparency and specificity of the product with respect to its impact on the consumer's life. From these roots, it is possible to think of a loyalty procedure, once the link is established and the public distinguishes the brand for what it stands for, represents and distinguishes.

As a student in the bachelor's degree program in arts and culture management, art must be in my priorities as a fundamental factor of interest and research. Now, as a young enthusiast and in constant contact with social networks, trends and popular culture, I notice that recently art not only came to attract the attention of enthusiasts like me, but came to stay and establish new links in the GenZ. The value of art in my life is not only presented without warning, but every day it manifests itself in new and innovative ways. I think that for these new links to be integrated into the new generations, direct contact with the public is essential to generate ties and even create new trends in new ways of conceiving and consuming art. In other words, my perspective on the value of art in my life today cannot be summarized to the limits of the enrichment it can give me as a hobby, but I must consider every moment of its impact on my environment because it means in the day to day how it affects me both professionally and personally. Needless to say that it is intentional that such a phenomenon is the great love that gives meaning to my life.
