I haven’t participated in any gigs through H/FC yet, as most of them aren't my primary area of expertise. However, I’m excited about the opportunity to leverage my strengths in research, data analysis through this role, which aligns closely with my skills and interests

How do you approach analyzing qualitative data to extract actionable insights?
Objective - purpose of analysis, like for this is identifying pain points in user experience
Organize and Categorize Data - gather qualitative data (survey, comments, interviews), and then categorize like usability, functionality, design, and support
Identify Patterns/Trends - analyze the frequency of recurring themes, look for correlations between feedback categories and specific user groups
Insights into Actionable Suggestions - prioritize findings based on their impact on user experience and feasibility of implementation
Eg: a trend in feedback suggests "difficulty in navigation" as a pain point
Analysis - 'hard to find', 'confusing', feedback mentions
Actionable Step - suggest implementing guided tutorials or improving menu layouts based on frequency and severity
