Have you quit vaping/smoking, or have you tried, and if so, what is a helpful tip you can share? -- Are you 21 years or older?

Yes, I’m 21, and I’ve been addicted to nicotine for six years. The longest I went without smoking was a month, and I used Zynns during that time to help. One tip I’d share is to find a healthier habit to replace the urge, like chewing gum or going for a walk when cravings hit—it’s all about redirecting the energy and keeping your hands and mind busy.

Can you describe a time when you successfully created engaging content for social media?

At Duffl, I managed our social media accounts and focused on creating content that resonated with students on campus. One of my favorite campaigns was promoting campus-wide events by leveraging trends, memes, and interactive polls that encouraged engagement. For example, we hosted a contest where students shared their funniest study habits, which not only boosted engagement but also fostered a sense of community. It was all about making content fun, relatable, and shareable, and the results showed in increased followers and participation.4o
