Please share any relevant social media management experience and how you defined success in the role.
My experience in social media management is that I run the Instagram account for my fraternity, and have learned some of the basics through that. Success was defined through more engagement and outreach to people outside the organization. By creating and posting videos, pictures, or graphics we would hope to influence more people to join our fraternity. Additionally, I have always had an interest in social media and pay close attention to changes in the world of social media.
