Well I led many student campaigns in highschool for example I started and led one to have German as a second language option at my highschool I made a deal with a teacher and got him to apply for a job at our school made surveys and got 30+ students confirmation that they wanna study German and it was a success. I would say I'm a natural born leader although it hasn't always been like this it took time and effort to get into the mindset of a leader which I always had but didn't always show to the world.
