In less than two sentences, How do you handle a difficult customer interaction?
I would try to absorb the customer's frustration and listen to their problems or inquiries, then I would do my best to solve the issue if I am authorized to. However, if the problem is too big for me to handle in my role I would transfer it to the person above me to always ensure a positive customer experience.
