KNowing the tone and Style expectations in the GIG description, Brainstorm a concept you'd bring to life if you're accepted into this GIG.
“Find Your Place in 30 Seconds” - a short-form content show reel.
Tour real student accommodation options in bite-sized chunks presented in engaging videos optimized for memory retention and conversion to decision-making. Hook ’em hard in the first 2 seconds (For example: “This room is €450/month in Tenerife…”). Couple that with visual snips of the room, location & desirable qualities. Finish with a call to action and voila.
Content would need to speak volumes very quickly, to eliminate decision fatigue/friction when it comes to searching student housing. Focus would be on vertical cuts and high retention production/editing methods (Quick cuts, captions, image prompts).
Scale by creating multiple hooks/formats and split testing to discover what gains the most traction (watch time, vid completion etc.)

What adobe applications do you have experience with? Please elaborate.
Skew my digital marketing eye and years of practical application of Adobe Products when creating content and editing for visuals.
Worked with Adobe Premiere to edit short-form content for pacing, retention, and engagement. Implemented hooks such as quick cuts, compelling visuals within the first few seconds, and timing analytics to increase viewer retention rates of up to 70–80% video completion on short-form content.
Adobe Photoshop experience with basic photo editing. This included thumbnails, visual additions and edits, and frame/composition editing to drive better CTR and overall visual appearance.
Understanding of foundational design/editing principles. Storytelling, visual hierarchy, audience focused content, and more which I implement on every project I take on.
Self-taught experience, but I like to focus on numbers and see how I can improve on my next go through data and iterating.
