Can you share an example of how you successfully helped someone who struggled using your product or service?
A lady came into the cinema looking to book a show to an opera. She could not book a seat online and came to me asking for help.
I told her that she had to book in person or call theatre. I gave her a list opera of shows that were planned for the month and gave her locations that would be showing them.
