What is your experience with scheduling and posting social media campaigns?
I've built up my scheduling and posting experience across a few different areas: managing accounts for my school, through my previous management role, and through helping friends grow their personal pages, alongside the occasional post on my own Instagram.
Across those, I've worked with a range of tools, including Meta Business Suite, Metricool, Adobe Express scheduling, and Canva's content calendar. The content has been pretty varied, from events and announcements to promotional and lifestyle content, so I've learned to adapt my approach depending on the platform, the audience, and what the post needs to achieve.
I'm also very confident in picking up new tools quickly. Every platform has its own quirks, but I find I can get the hang of them rather fast, which means I can hit the ground running wherever I'm needed.

How do you handle client feedback on social media content?
I think client feedback is one of the most important parts of working in social media content. We all come with our own ideas and perspectives, but to really help a brand flourish, you need to know where they're at; what they stand for, how they want to be seen, and what matters most to them.
For me, it's about meeting the client where they are. Taking the time to really listen, understanding the why behind their feedback, and using that to shape content that feels true to who they are. The more you understand a brand, the better you can help it grow.
I genuinely love that part of the process, it's where the real collaboration happens, and that's what makes the work meaningful.
