Before recruitment starts, we could hold a skincare event to get potential new members ready and relaxed to meet active sorority members. We could also hold an event for active members and promote them using avatara skincare to rest and relax before their busy recruitment week.

I am president of my sorority, Sigma Phi Lambda. We’re relatively small and could create some great content at our sisterhood events and retreats.

I drink coffee or tea every morning and could incorporate it into my morning latte. For lunch, I meal prep in advance and bring it to classes or clinical rotations, and could show how easy it is to add into food. For dinner, I usually make a hearty meal that has protein and veggies, and maybe a cocktail at night, which could incorporate some bone broth in unexpected places.
