What's three important aspects you consider when adopting a new social app into your daily screen time?
- How much of a commitment is it for me to get a dopamine boost? (Ex: TikTok is almost automatic, while YouTube requires more time)
- Am I able to get a fulfilling experience without posting in anyway? (Ex: Instagram is still very usable without posting, while Snapchat is dependent on posts, even if they're to just one person)
- Is it appealing to use? (Ex: I shouldn't be paying for anything, staring at too many buttons, or being notified about my every move)
