How will you hold members accountable for completing tasks on time?
I'd make sure to have a schedule for the tasks everyone is responsible for completing. If any member needs to be held accountable for any reason, I'd start by 1) Messaging them about any deadlines, 2) Requesting to meet one-on-one in person to access the situation, and lastly 3) If their behavior persists, take it to any higher-up and see where we go from there.

KimChi Chic Beauty is a brand that has a good media presence, proudly owned by Korean-American drag queen Kim Chi. At the moment it's a niche among consumers on social media, thus having great potential for future products and consumers.
