What role does journaling play in your life?
Journaling is a way for me to put all my emotions onto a page and put them to rest. When I don't journal, I feel like my thoughts and feelings are bottled up. Journaling allows me to safely express my thoughts without judgement, and also allows me to gain clarity on how I truly feel.
