What's a strategy you'd suggest in order to spark curiosity and excitement ahead of a re-launch?
I love the idea of guerilla marketing when it comes to a re-launch. I have done this at multiple companies. Essentially, you cannot even give people the option of remaining ignorant of your re-launch. I think you need to constantly throw things in peoples' faces but in a way that is intriguing and not straightforward (to build curiosity).
Please share a brand that does an incredible job of engaging their community on social. Why?
I would say Rowing Blazers because of their ability to tend to different sects of their target customer. They are able to aid to the high-end buyer and the more Target Shopper buyer. They are also great about re-posting all kinds of people on their stories when people wear their stuff.
