COLLEGE SPORTS: CONSUMER INSIGHTS SURVEY
What do you enjoy most about attending your schools football games, game day events, or live/watch parties?
The pride that University of South Carolina students have for our Gamecocks is unlike anything I have ever seen before. Just being in an environment where no matter who you are, or where you are from, everyone is connected by this common interest and everyone celebrates together. When the Gamecocks score a touch down, everyone hugs those around them whether you know who they are or not. Most of my favorite memories at school have been thanks to sporting events.

Please share one experience you've had around college sports on your campus?
The pride that University of South Carolina students feel for the Gamecocks is unlike anything I have ever seen before. When our Women's Basketball team won the NCAA national championship, thousands of students came onto campus and ran into the huge fountain in front of our library. This experience will forever be one of my favorite memories, everyone was so happy and celebrating our huge win. Kids were packed elbow to elbow in the fountain overjoyed with pride, and cheering our team on.

What is your favorite marketing campaign you've seen?
The first thing that comes to mind is Duolingo. Duolingo is an app that that helps people learn a new language, or further learn a language they already knew. the Duolingo bird has taken TikTok by storm. They made this character into almost a real person that answers comments, and participates in funny TikTok trends. They have created so much buzz for themselves, especially with kids my age. Pretty much everyone knows what Duolingo is now, and can recognize their mascot.
