What editing tools do you feel most confident using?
I feel most confident using CapCut. When I was consistently uploading to my YouTube channel (@oliviabechtell) I solely utilized CapCut for editing. The software makes the process very simple, and easy to understand for beginners. I find the most fun in captioning, comedic clipping, transitions, audio overlays, and framing/filters to complete the vibe of a video.

How do you approach creating video content that engages a young audience?
When I'm aiming at creating content that engages with a young audience I always select a specific niche and then research the ongoing trends. For example, if I was trying to reach adolescent-teen girls in the American market during autumn I'd look into trending audios, styles, and media (e.g., Gilmore Girls, Dark Academia, Study Content, Makeup/skin care essentials etc). Trends are cyclical, so the key is reminding viewers what they need to know, have, wear, and utilize for the season.
