To maintain a consistent brand voice, I would ensure that all my replies sound friendly and positive and match Pound Cake’s fun and inclusive vibe. I would use similar language and tone in every comment or message so that the brand feels the same no matter who’s talking. I would also look at how the brand talks in posts to match that style when I engage with followers.
