What's the most important aspect when managing a brand's image and when building the brand's social media presence?
Being aware what the brand is posting and who their target audience is. The content needs to be relatable and idealistic for a person to imagine themselves using those products. Social media is the gateway for consumers to get an idea of what product they are about to buy.

What's one creative strategy you have to amplify the Youthforia voice and build a strong relationship with the Gen Z community?
A lot of brands make it really hard for teenagers who struggle with their skin to afford their products. I know when I was younger I was using the cheapest stuff for my skin and I really wish brands who target younger audiences make it affordable for those kids to purchase it.
