What do you listen for when reviewing podcast content?
Ability to keep the listener engaged, and not trailing off topics that the listener might not be aware of without proper explanation. I think that the listener should feel included in the podcast.

I utilize the sandwich method, where I state both what was done well and what could have been improved. Overall I like to take an optimistic and positive outlook on feedback.
