What do you think most brands are doing wrong in regards to their content strategy?
I think where most brands go wrong when creating content is trying too hard to be relatable. They try to follow trends without realizing why those trends are occurring and instead of it going viral the content falls flat. Often brands will post after the trends are dying and it makes the content feel like a money grab.

What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness to me is keeping both your physical and mental well-being healthy. I implement this into my everyday routine by going to the gym, eating clean, and using tools such as journaling and affirmations.

What is your favorite streaming platform and why?
My favorite streaming platform would be Netflix. A main reason I continue to pay for Netflix is due to their being no ads. Netflix also keeps a wide range of shows and movies I enjoy and I like they often come out with their own shows that more times than not are extremely binge-worthy.
