What strategies do you employ to grow an organization's social media following and increase engagement with the audience?
I use hashtags, follow trends, and use trending sounds on TikTok to grow social media following. To increase engagement with the audience, I make sure to reply to comments with a more casual tone to make us seem more personable.

If a customer left a negative review of our products on our socials, how would you respond/ handle the issue?
I would apologize for the issue and encourage them to reach out to the customer service email to resolve the issue further.

I would distribute the product during my sorority chapter meetings (Gamma Phi Beta at Penn State), as well as meetings for Penn State American Marketing Association and my Penn State THON committee. I could also distribute product on the HUB (student union) lawn.
