What excites you about creating content that reflects real life rather than polished or overly produced posts?
What excites me most about creating real-life content is that it actually connects with people. I love content that feels honest and relatable, not overly staged or filtered, because that’s what I’m personally drawn to as a viewer. Real-life moments feel more trustworthy, and they allow me to show how products or routines fit into everyday life, not just a perfect highlight reel. I think unpolished content builds stronger relationships with an audience and creates space for more meaningful engagement, which is way more rewarding than just chasing aesthetics.

How do you typically share products or routines you genuinely love with friends or on social media?
When I genuinely love a product or routine, I share it in a really organic way. I usually talk about how I actually use it in my everyday life — whether that’s showing it as part of my routine, mentioning it in a “get ready with me,” or casually bringing it up when someone asks what I’m using. I focus on being honest about why I like it, what problem it solved for me, and who it would be best for. I think people connect more when it feels like a real recommendation from a friend rather than an ad, so I keep things conversational and authentic.

What does self-care look like for you during this chapter of your life?
Self-care for me right now is about balance and consistency. I prioritize movement I genuinely enjoy, like hot yoga and staying active, because it helps both my mental and physical health. I’m also intentional about fueling my body well, setting boundaries with my time, and creating routines that keep me grounded while I juggle school, work, and planning my next chapter after graduation. I’ve learned that self-care isn’t always glamorous — sometimes it’s staying organized, saying no when I need to, and giving myself space to reset so I can show up as my best self.
