How do you stay updated on Instagram and TikTok trends?

I think staying active on the apps themselves is honestly the most important step. Instagram and TikTok move so quickly that trends don’t really come from articles or reports first; they come from what you’re seeing in real time on your For You Page or Explore feed. I pay close attention to recurring sounds, formats, captions, and editing styles, and I notice when something starts popping up across different creators and niches.
