Spring Cash
Growth Intern (Flexible, Remote)

creative ideas on how to get customers
I plan to approach customer acquisition for Spring Cash using a mix of strategic research, creative outreach, and leveraging my Dartmouth network. I’ll identify high-potential brands selling at major retailers like Target, Costco, and Nordstrom, as well as fast-growing Shopify stores, and craft highly personalized messages that reference their recent launches, funding news, or social media campaigns. To stand out, I could experiment with short video pitches or voice notes, adding a personal touch that cuts through crowded inboxes. I’ll also tap into my Dartmouth connections—alumni working in leadership roles across retail, finance, and operations could provide warm introductions or insights into decision-makers, dramatically increasing response rates. Additionally, I’ll explore virtual trade shows, webinars, and niche industry forums to identify emerging brands that could benefit from Spring Cash, using creative social proof and case studies to make each pitch compelling. By combining these targeted strategies with consistent follow-ups and a data-driven approach to track engagement, I can maximize conversions and bring in high-quality customers efficiently.
Spring Cash
Growth Intern (Flexible, Remote)

past experience
In this role, I would apply my experience connecting with stakeholders and driving results. Through DECA, I led competitive strategy and market research initiatives, advancing to the international finals by pitching client-focused business solutions—developing the skills to identify high-potential leads and communicate persuasively with decision-makers. At Dartmouth’s Investment and Philanthropy Program, I built a full DCF model and investment pitch, strengthening my analytical and data-driven decision-making for tracking progress and measuring impact. Additionally, I founded and ran an academic summer program for refugee children, managing outreach, operations, and fundraising end-to-end, which enhanced my organizational skills, persistence, and ability to engage multiple stakeholders. These experiences position me to quickly learn the Spring Cash outreach process and drive customer sign-ups effectively.
GOOD GOOD
Foodie Content Creator for No-Added Sugar Spreads 🍓

How would you showcase GOOD GOOD spreads in a unique way?
I’d showcase GOOD GOOD spreads in ways that feel fun, relatable, and shareable, both online and in real life. On social media, I’d create TikToks, Reels, and Stories showing “5 easy ways to snack smarter” with GOOD GOOD spreads—on toast, fruit, or late-night study snacks—and share them with my followers from Dartmouth, NYC, and international friends, making the content feel personal and relevant to each audience. On campus, I’d bring spreads to club meetings, dorm study sessions, and student events, capturing authentic reactions from friends and peers trying the flavors for the first time. I’d also do taste challenges, collaborative posts, and “day-in-my-life” content, highlighting how GOOD GOOD spreads fit naturally into student routines and lifestyle moments, turning casual snacking into something fun and aspirational.
