Working as a Marketing Director at Keeping It Kind (KIK) club, I developed and executed digital marketing strategies for a diverse range of audiences, which involved conducting market research, analyzing data, and implementing strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness. My creative thinking abilities enabled me to generate new ideas and solutions which resulted in 80% growth in the brand awareness. I was able to produce the first podcast series of the club which has 300+ plays on Spotify as well
