You don't like the product, how do you proceed with this gig? Who do you notify and what steps do you take?
Generally, I dislike products only if they are ineffective. So, to determine if the product is widely ineffectively, I would conduct research by cross referencing similar products, then investigating the individual ingredients used, and reviewing the additional “education” content provided on the Aura website. If I determined that the product’s malfunction was unique to me, I would notify the Aura customer service team directly. If I determine that the product is essentially a lemon, I would leave a notify the Aura team and leave a public review.
