Describe a time you took a leadership role in your community.
Taking charge in the making of a welcoming presentation for a group of exchange students from Sweden. I divided the work and met with the team online to rehearse and consult. We ended up with a successful presentation making the guests feel welcome and acclimatized to their new situation.
