Share a time that you helped someone over the age of 60 that you're not related to.
I often help seniors at grocery stores to read labels of products, use self checkout or navigate the store. Also many older people have struggles using a banking app that the bank I currently practice at provides. So it's my job to get them to understand how to use the app on their own.
