In the beauty industry, everyone has a place. The inclusivity is what gets me excited about working in the beauty industry. To me, this means finding makeup products that match my skin tone or finding skincare products that are oily-skin friendly! One feature that would help a resume builder gain traction in the market is transparency. A resume builder that can explain why changes should be made and how successful a resume can be will be more beneficial to the community and insight more individuals to use the program. In addition, line-by-line corrections would be useful. It would be similar to how spell check is used on word documents.
