You don't like the product, how do you proceed with this gig? Who do you notify and what steps do you take?
If i do not like the product I would talk to the PR team and see what can be done. I do think that if i do not like something i could say so in a very polite and constructive way saying the sole reasons why i do not like it and also admit that even though it does not work well for me it could work great for someone else
