It would be more feasible to aim for sourcing around 20 creators within the 14-hour time frame per month. This way, I can be able to allocate enough time per creator while maintaining efficiency in my sourcing efforts.

To source creators I will Actively engage on social media platforms where creators within the niche I'm targeting are active. I will Follow relevant hashtags, participate in discussions, and network with potential creators. I plan to also attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to network with creators and build relationships. I can also use direct outreach via email or social media to be effective in discovering new talent. To find creators within a certain niche I will look for creators whose content aligns well with the niche in terms of topics, style, and audience demographics. And analyze the engagement levels of creators within the niche to identify those who have a genuine connection with their audience.
