Taking charge of Batch's social accounts, my first order of business to shift from a millennial-core to a more Gen Z-centric approach is to inject a fresh, vibrant, and raw energy into our content. Here's my plan:

1. Content Revamp with a Gen Z Aesthetic: I'll start by overhauling the visual style. Think bold, eye-catching graphics, more video content, and a color palette that's bright yet relatable. The focus will be on creating a look that's less polished and more authentic – something that resonates with Gen Z's preference for realness.

2. TikTok Takeover: Gen Z lives on TikTok, so I'll boost our presence there. This involves creating fun, engaging short videos that include trends, challenges, and behind-the-scenes glimpses of Batch events and activations. The content will be snappy, humorous, and in tune with the latest TikTok trends and sounds.

3. Interactive Stories and Reels: I'll utilize Instagram Stories and Reels for more interactive content, such as polls, Q&As, and quizzes. These features are perfect for engaging directly with our audience and understanding their preferences.

4. Meme Marketing: Memes speak the language of Gen Z. I'll incorporate relevant, witty memes into our content strategy to increase shareability and relatability, ensuring that our posts are something our audience wants to engage with and pass along to friends.

5. Influencer Collaborations: Partnering with up-and-coming Gen Z influencers who align with Batch's vibe will be key. They'll bring in their followers and lend authenticity to our brand voice.

6. User-Generated Content Push: Encourage and showcase real content from our users. This means reposting their experiences with Batch, creating a community feel, and emphasizing that our brand is for them, by them.
