Although I haven't been involved in a marketing campaign, I have run several accounts that have taught me how to analyze growth and algorithms.

First, I would look for influencers who reach our current target audience. For instance, MacroPlate is looking to make healthy meals easy and manageable. So, I would look to find influencers whose main audience is either gym rats or even fitness beginners, as well as busy families. Secondly, I would look at their profile and analyze recent posts, growth, and popularity. If an influencer is experiencing a steady and positive growth, and fits our target audience, than I would begin the reach out process.

I am fairly familiar, as I have used it to edit videos for school and social media, but I am willing to learn more!
