After reviewing my online presence, what's one thing you'd improve?
Generally, personal stylists are associated with Hollywood and celebrity culture. The skeptical consumer does not have a convincing reason why they should purchase NLW's services unless they look through the archived stories on the Instagram's profile. I think that NLW's next step should be focusing on convincing its consumer base up front that its services are necessary.
