No questions the structure is straightforward and I like that there’s an incentive tied to performance. The base keeps things reliable and the view bonus means the better the content does, the more it’s worth putting effort in. That works for me.

2. If you submitted a video and we asked you to redo the hook or reshoot it the same day, how would you handle that?
Honestly no issue at all, if it only takes 1-2 minutes to film, redoing it the same day is nothing. I’d rather reshoot and get it right than have something go out that isn’t up to standard. Feedback like that actually helps me improve faster so I’d welcome it.

1. This role requires posting 2+ videos per day. Walk me through a typical day for you, and where filming these videos would fit.
My days are pretty structured around uni, so mornings and afternoons are locked in with lectures and studying. Filming would slot in naturally after, I’ve got flexibility in the evenings and at night, and my university actually has a free studio I can book whenever I need it, so the quality and consistency would never be an issue. Two videos a day is completely doable for me, especially with a proven format to follow, I’m someone who sticks to routines once they’re set
