One content area of opportunity I would immediately implement after starting this position is the creation of short-form video series that encompasses both "Global Entrepreneurship" and "Scaling Success" themes. These series would feature micro businesses and encourage our existing audience to nominate each other, fostering a sense of community and celebrating their achievements. The "Global Entrepreneurship" series would take viewers on a journey across diverse countries and cultures, showcasing the challenges and successes of female entrepreneurs within their respective entrepreneurial ecosystems. Through informative short form documentary-style videos, we would highlight the cultural nuances, unique opportunities, and inspiring stories of these entrepreneurs, fostering cross-cultural understanding and promoting the global impact of women in entrepreneurship. Similarly, the "Scaling Success" series would delve into the strategies, obstacles, and victories of female entrepreneurs who have successfully scaled their businesses. Through concise 3-6 minute videos, we would provide insights into team building, operational efficiency, market expansion, and other aspects of scaling. By sharing practical tips and real-life experiences, we would empower aspiring entrepreneurs and foster a supportive environment. These series can be easily adapted into engaging video, audio, and image formats to cater to different preferences and platforms. With an informative/documentary/commentary vibe, we would capture the essence of TikTok and deliver captivating content that resonates with our audience, driving external and internal engagement, and hopefully inspiring entrepreneurial journeys.

With my experience as a Project Assistant at Incrível Mulher and Engagement and Newsletter Coordinator at Mulherando o Mundo, I bring a solid foundation to excel in this role at Female Founder World. At Incrível Mulher, I honed my skills in content creation, project management, and data analysis while elaborating guides and producing impactful reports for their 2022 Professional Mentorship Program. At Mulherando o Mundo, I actively engaged with the community, managed social media channels, organized successful events, conducted market research, managed a Newsletter team and fostered meaningful connections. These experiences have equipped me with the expertise needed to handle content strategy, event activations, and community-building, making me an ideal candidate to expand networks and empower the talented and brilliant female entrepreneurs associated with Female Founder World. Furthermore, both of these organizations are NGOs focused on empowering young girls and women with free access to education through mentorship programs in either Angola, Brazil or the whole continent of Africa and I have been an active project manager or assistant for them both!
